On top of the cloud phone feature, customers also get a Reporting Portal which is great for monitoring incoming and outgoing calls made on the Nautilus Cloud Phone.

2. Contact Center Solution

Next up is our Contact Center Solution. This is targeted primarily for bigger operations with a dedicated team who are constantly on the phones. The Contact Center Solution, at its core, is a powerful communication software that allows customers to make and receive phone calls using the powers of the internet.
This plan also comes with a supercharged version of our Reporting Portal. How it differs from the version that comes with the Cloud PBX plan is that it comes with extra tools that make better sense in a contact center context: Wallboards, Agent Reports, and the Call Journey. These features are designed to let you run a seamless call center operation and to give you the data you need to make necessary business decisions. 3. Nautilus Talk

Our third and most feature-rich solution is Nautilus Talk. This is our omnichannel integration with Zendesk. With this plan, you can view and manage customer conversations from across all channels you currently use: email, voice, web chat, SMS, Whatsapp, and other social media platforms.
Our powerful cloud phone feature is integrated into Zendesk’s native CRM platform, and promises the same seamless connection as our other plans.
