On April 17th, 2025, our Nautilus team had the incredible opportunity to visit Pusat Jagaan Kasih Murni in Malaysia, spending a meaningful afternoon with the amazing kids there.
Armed with bags of food, goodies, and lots of energy, our team -- John, Roma, Monica, Rafeq, Red, Nagendra, Jihan, Nurul, Aiman, Hafiz, and Sayem-- came together not just to give, but to connect, laugh, and create unforgettable memories.
We kicked off the day with a few hours of games and activities. The highlight? That would be the Volcano Game, where everyone played scientist and created our own version of a volcano complete with a colorful eruption!
To add even more color and joy to the afternoon, we even had a face painter come over. It was a joy watching the kids' faces transforming into roaring lions, fluttering butterflies, and superheroes ready to take on the world.
Of course, no celebration is complete without treats! One of the day's highlights (and our personal favorite) is when the pop corn machine arrived. The pure excitement in their eyes (the kids and our team's) made every moment very rewarding. We pray for simplicity in most things, but that moment was a pure reminder to keep seeing the world with the eyes of a child; how even the simple prospect of popcorn can change one's day for the better.
But more than the games, the food, and the even the face painting, what made this day truly special was the spirit of togetherness-- seeing kids smile, hearing their laughter, and feeling their youthful positivity despite their circumstances reminded us of the importance of community.
At Nautilus, we believe giving back is not just an act, but a commitment-- to building bonds, empowering communities, and being present for those who need it most. Our visit to Pusat Jagaan Kasih Murni was a beautiful testament that sometimes, the simplest moments can leave the deepest impact.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible, and most of all, to the children and staff of Pusat Jagaan Kasih Murni for welcoming us with welcome arms. We're grateful, humbled, and more inspired than ever to keep finding ways to give back.
